hello everyone
im 20 and i love working out. Apart from making love to my girlfriend, or watching a good porn video, working out is the best thing in my life. Im always in a good mood after a good workout. I love bodyweight conditioning. I use weights once everyweek but its the bodyweight training every other day of the week that i love. My favourite exercises are pushups, dips, situps and lunges. I wanna add a lot more ammo in my arsenal which is why i joined this community. I hope that i will take in a lot of knowledge and have a kick ass workout for a kick ass mind and body.
