Iron training MMX

New year, new training log. Goals are pretty much the same:

1) increase strength, flexibility and endurance
2) push myself beyond my limits
3) continue to pursue the perfect physique

finally i get to see what the hell you were all talking about. Yes, this is some of the hardest training i've ever seen, let alone on this website. I'd say amazing work but i know it won't mean shit to you. Your competing with some of the toughest workouts ever I think.

Where in the hell do you get the motivation for the repetition?
