Jo's 2010 log
Yay, new year and since i've pretty much redefined what i want and think i'm capable of doing since i joined here (what like 3 weeks ago) i'm going into 2010 with a new log.
So this time let me start with goals: 1 - to run the 2km around my block before the end of Jan 2 - following on from that - to run a 5km cross country by April 3 - to double my level 1 challenge times by mid-jan (ie from 30 sec to 1 min) 4 - to manage 5 chinups in a row by end Jan ... can now do 2 and i never, ever imagined even that was possible. and at lest 2 pullups. this isn't even for my body - it's for my mind. i need to know i can keep conquering this mental block 5 - start on the zone again and stick to it! 6 - grow my hair. yes it sounds arb, but when i feel goopd about my body i grow my hair, when i don't i crop it all off. 7 - keep on training and eating well no matter what's happening in my life work out routine - shuffling it so much i don't have one. i go on holiday next week so i'll sort it out when i come back. i just feel like i'm learning so much and being exposed to so much stuff and that my belief in myself and what i'm capable of on a physical level is changing so much ... well right now i'm feeling my way around trying to find things that will work. just feels so good to feel in control of me. and positive about me. and beautiful because of that.
