1000 PUSHUPS
200 EACH CLOSE SHOULDER WIDE BARS PSEUDO PLANCH TIME OF:1 HOUR 10 MINUTES 12 SECONDS Now that being said I was hopeing to finish under 60 miniutes. Rep scheme and the style of pushups I chose did not help. I did them in sets of 20. Last week I did 66 sets of 15 and 1 set of 10. I had no set style of pushups to be performed. SO there was much more leniency last week. And now this is my final entry in this thread. Way too long I am gonna start a new one, and carry this post over there. Only thing thats gonna suck is I will have to look for my thread, instead of just hitting views, and having mine pop up to the top.

Ok since you asked.. (O u didn't?).. here is my opinion.
The key to this kind of high rep training is doing high reps of hard exercises. Not very high reps of easy shit. For example, 100 reps of strict as fuck L pullups, 100 reps of pistols and 100 reps of some challenging push for you, maybe 100 hspu. How about a workout of 100 muscle ups.. or start with only 50. I think that shit is the real key. 1000 reps is just ridiculous. Obviously insane... but ridiculous. |

Haha steve cotter is the man... I remember I was so pumped a few months back when I found I could do the plank+pushup hopping.
How long are you going to keep up with the high-rep stuff? A few months or so?

OLI, go eat a dead skunks ass. D I am going to do this for 8 weeks. This is the end of week 2. But I have noticed, just like Iron said about himself dropping weight. I have been eating like a freaking horse. And honestly I have been eating some bullshit just to get the xtra calories.
