Sorry!!

Thanks Native, That's the plan. Going to keep on keeping on, and as I said before, by the middle of this year, life is going to be quite different.

I read that while eating lunch and laughed so hard I nearly passed a smoked turkey sandwich through my nose!

Thanks masta9.

Best of luck with your transition Erik. It's a shame to hear you have to go through this rough patch. I've recently felt the only, and I do mean only thing I have control over right now is training/exercising/working out/what have you.

I listen to an artist by the name of Sun Zoo, and he has a quote that sometimes helps me settle.

"Life is just life, and it ain't out to get you. It does get better, and it does get worse."

Best wishes on your new path my friend.

Very sorry to find out about you and your wife seperating. The only advice I can give is what's already been said. Remember it will get better!

Tuesday - Martial Arts & Core

Got to bed just after 10 p.m., which is a nice change. Got up just after 5a.m.

So, today:

Corework (all numbers are singles):

In Plank: 20x
Knee to Elbow
X Knee to Elbow
L side twist
R side Twist
Superman

Then: 20x
Mason Twists
Back Extensions
V-sits
Supermans
Leg Pumps

2 Rounds in 14:44

Martial Arts

Static Stance Training: 18 stances x 10 seconds each.
Dynamic Stance Training: 18 stances x 5 rounds

Basics: 50 rep of block, closed hand, kick, open hand x 8 rounds. Total: 1600 techniques

Notes:
- Not bad time on the core work. Still like to manage 3 sets in 15 minutes. I'll see what the end of the week brings.
- Ran out of time in the martial arts. Too much lollygagging (also know as gasping for air and pining for my fitness, which I know is around here somewhere)

Not bad, not great. A little more attention to time and I'd have managed 2000 techniques.
