i used to lift weights to supplement my martial arts a few years back but i was never a bodybuilder or anything, just wanted to be stronger for sparring/competitions. once i discovered bw exercises and the strength one could gain from them i haven't looked back. thanks man.

Those people that always come up with the "I used to" stories always irk me.
I have one guy in my class that's alway giving us his "I used to" stories. Last one, we're doing BW squats and he's not even doing them. I say "C'mon man! Let's ROLL!". He say's "I'm used to doing them with 400 lb.s, not like this". One of the women say's "Well then, it ought to be easy". I hope he comes back even though he irks me.
