Bummer about the elbow, didn't you just get over a wicked case of tendonitis. Hope it heals up quick.

21:15, or 21:39, is my p/r. My "goal time" is 19:59 or better. I have been slacking on conditioning. I am planning on hitting it hard soon. I just use 10SOH as a "test" Have you done it?? It is a mind f_ck at best.

Yeah, this time is weird. No loss of strength. But it gets tight, pains me occasionally, and cracks.
Tomarrrow is my first day back after a 5 day rest.
