I'll go with EO on this one- gain MUSCLE. It's coming slow but it's coming. I actually lost wieght when I got sick. I'm on the way back now

Specific goals-
15 chins in a row- Fail - I got to 12
100 burpees in less than 8 minutes-Done in 7:57- Happy with this but I will do it again this year again try for 7:30 or less.
Run 1 mile once a week- Fail, couldn't run with bronchitis and the weather is terrible down here this winter- lots of rain
.
Thanks for the challenge n8tive! It was good especially for this time of year. It helped me stay on track even though I went through my "almost" yearly bronchitis.

Gonna start the challenge on Monday December 7th 2009, end on Febuary 8th 2010. I am going to post daily workouts in here and keep track of my progress, if you decide to join the challenge, feel free to post it up in here.

The challenge is on!!!!!!!!
Well N8tive you have inspired me. I am going to be 48 in 8 weeks time, so here is my challenge:
In eight weeks I will beable to:
do 4 pull ups (Can't do one at the moment)
3 sets of 20 plyometric push ups onto a step (I can do three sets of 6 at the moment)
squat on the fitball after jumping on. I have really good balance and can squat and turn on the ball but I can't just jump onto the ball at the moment -too scared!
Run a half marathon. have been happy doing 10k for too long

I will start a log to show progress -wish me luck!

Like Goals and Sharing

Goals and a timetable are great.

I like a setup with days and # and measures.

Now I am in between programs- just playing- while running/walking everyday.
