i hear you with the rain we haven't had enough time to dry out since the middle of January. and we're going to start losing part of our road if it keeps raining like this.

Like Goals and Sharing
Goals and a timetable are great.
I like a setup with days and # and measures. Now I am in between programs- just playing- while running/walking everyday. |
