My goal is to increase stamina, decrease level of body fat and increase muscle. I'm doing three sets of each between 10-20 reps each set. I know I need more back exercises but I don't have any equipment at all, what can I do for my back without equipment? As for cardio, I do burpees, jumping jacks and run some but I don't have a set regimin, that's why I asked everyone for advise on what I should do on what day. I've heard of Tabata work sessions, they seem to be one minute sessions for each workout, is that right? How do I achieve a balanced full body workout while only doing bodyweight exercises, that's what I am looking to achieve here
