I come from a weightlifting background and i am very use to my 5-6 day schedule each week. With body weight exercises do you still split up your muscle groups throughout the week and allow for 2-3 days of rest if not more in between the same muscle group.
I would really like to get into body weight workouts but i don't know exactly how to plan my workouts in a week.
