Not sure if I'm allowed to do this, and I apologize if I'm not, but what do you guys think: http://bodyweightculture.com/forum/vbarticles.php?do=article&articleid=71

Confident writing and avoiding verbose writing work hand in hand to make you sound smarter

example
"Circuit training and low rest periods also builds something known as mental strength"

Could be:
"Circuit training and low rest periods builds mental strength"

Be clearly stating your point, as opposed to stumbling around your words by adding filler like "something known as". It's the little things that a good editor can make or break you with the reader. If it wasn't for this, I'd have never taken the time to actually criticize what you wrote, but it made me feel the author didn't believe himself so I felt I should question him.

Your understanding of supersets is limited. You state it's best to use an antagonist movement. While I use this technique myself, split routines use supersets to specifically hit a single muscle group harder. For example, using dumbbell flyes after benching. Additionally, antagonist style super setting often includes rest between movements.

You focus the article around saving time, which comes off trying to make training easier. You never hit any of the main purposes of circuit training such asincreased endurance or intensity for fat loss or how the trainee must lower weight becuse this style of training isn't optimal for strength building. Nor going into supersetting's increased volume for muscle building.

This reminds me of an article I read a while back about how to make a workout more intense, and it's three bullet points were "add another set" "add another rep" or "increase resistance". Overall, you're heart's in the right place, but you checked your head at the door.

Lol, thanks. Guess I need to take more time to double check my writing.

It was moderated/edited already, no?
