Recently I came across a blogger with some nice material on his website and though I'd share it with you all. His name is Steve Pavlina and we writes articles about personal development. This link will bring you to the first part of 6 about Self-Discipline. To keep on reading to just click part 2,3,4,5,6 at the end of each article. He has some other neat stuff too. Most of it can be applied to lots of areas of your life, such as the 30-day trials. I'm starting the 'become an early riser'' one.

"Just as it takes muscle to build muscle, it takes self-discipline to build self-discipline."
Aw man....

Great stuff!

Right now I've been able to get up around 8-9 every day, which is still better than 10-11.
Considering I work in the evening, I think a steady 8 am would be a good time.

I have no choice but to get up at 6:00 every morning for work. My discipline exercise will be to get to bed every night before 10:00!

Very good stuff. I put a link to it on my blog, with a link to this thread to show them where I got it from.

Yes, he's giving me problems following his advice because I stay up too late reading his stuff.
