This is possibly a dim question, but I did a fair amount of searching through the forums and didn't find the answer, so here goes.

I'm a noob (viz. my "Introduction" post), and I thought that the 20-level challenge would make a good series of benchmarks and help me put together a routine, until I'm experienced enough to design my own.

My question is, what are the parameters for completion? The exercises all instruct to complete as many reps as possible, or to hold a position for as long as possible. At what point does one move on? Is there an understood standard for when most exercises are "too easy"? 30 reps? 50?

Again, sorry if this is a noob question, but... well... I'm a noob. :) Any light-shedding would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Frank

Mea Culpa... I must be blind, because I searched for "20 level challenge" before, and I didn't see that in the list. Of course, now I feel thick as anything, I search again and there it is.

Anyway, thanks, this is, of course, exactly what I was looking for. Sorry for wasting your time, juggledex :)
