hi

i was just wondering if anyone knows any bodyweight workouts for correcting shoulder posture. ive tried the doing the one on this site bout posterior deltoid but my shoulders are still too forwards----esp my right!


can anyone help me???

I'm a big fan of resistance bands.
Great for rehabbing and building your shoulders up.

Horizontal pullups (bodyweight rows) with a wide grip, and the bar level with your upper chest. Hits the big back muscles and the rear delts.

Whatever exercises you can do to work the back. Pullups, rowing, etc.
