Man my forearms look so small because my wrists are small and my hadns are big..i keep working on my forearms but they just dont get as big, is it because i have small bones? cause i thougth that was the cause of it, my arms have a lot of veins so does my hand but they look small.

Your body type has a lot to do with ... everything. BUT keep working hard. I've always been a skinny chap myself, and within the last year, my fitted watch (which was comfortably loose) no longer fits. So something must be happening with my wrists.
What I do most consistently to contribute: towel pullups, chinup, deadlift, power clean. Though I'm sure every other exercise has also helped, those hit my forearms the most. I rarely do direct forearm work.

What do you mean specifically by working your forearms?? Are you doing BWE's specifically? You doing some sort of curling using weights?
The two best suggestions I can give you for building mass in the forearms are kettlebell work and climbing.
Performing kettlebell exercises often times has you utilizing a weight that you typically would use simply doing a bicep curl. Not to mention all of the swinging movements, the added force of holding the thing does wonders for grip strength.
Note: Grip Strength = forearm strength (but also has a lot to do with tendons, but thats a slightly different discussion).
Have you ever seen a competition climber? Half the times the guys look more or less average in build standing next to you. But if you look down at his forearms you'd swear the guy was a monster. Veins popping out all over the place that you didn't even know exisited! Has to do with holding a great deal of weight, often, and with various different grips. Pullups and chins alone do not create enough grip strength to climb hard. A solid climber can hang from a door frame with one arm using only the tips of his fingers longer than the average athlete using both hands.
Hop over to Google, and "I'm feeling lucky"-it over to "fingerboard training" and have a look see. Take careful note warnings provided discussing injuries. Finger injuries are the worst!!

Something I have been doing lately is whenever I do Towel-grip body rows I do a forearm twist as I lift, can feel much more involvement in the forearm muscles.
