It seems interesting. Okay, some of the hyped-up marketing I find distasteful ("build huge arms and chest, etc."), but I get that the guy needs to sell his product. He quotes Herschell Walker as an all-bodyweight sports hero (yes, we get it... I've never entered a BW exercise-related discussion without someone saying "What about Herschell Walker? He built his body without weights!". Of course, just because one guy actually managed that (without being a gymnast) means that we can all do it. How silly of just about every significant athlete in the world to lift weights when there are superior means of gaining strength!
The next point he makes is about gymnasts, and there's no arguing with that, those guys have very impressive physiques. He exaggerates by saying that most top pro bodybuilders don't have arm development like that, which is untrue.
The final point, about Eugen Sandow and old-timers not lifting weights and achieving their impressive physiques through bodyweight exercise, is simply wrong, and either he isn't aware of that or he's lying - I'll assume the former.
The workout itself I cannot evaluate, as he doesn't post what it's about - this is understandable.
My opinion would be sticking to the information provided on this forum. You really don't need to spend $50 on another bodyweight exercise book that teaches you how to do pushups and pullups.
