Hi again, i have one but "big" question. Can you guys write me all(bodyweight) exercises(or at least a lot of them) you know, that train max strength, speed strength, explosive strength?

Here is the example:
strenght endurance: burpees
explosive strength: clapping push-up
max strength: one arm push-up(i think)

That is a tough task to name ALL of them. You are better off just buying Never Gymless from Ross Enamait. He breaks down each of those!

Please guys write some exercises, i really need them... :(

P.S Surely, I need them to improve my skills, for muay thai and street fighting, the problem is i dont know much of exercises, and i dont know which exercise is exactly for strength, or explosive strength, etc..

I think you've asked the wrong question here.

A better approach would be to tell folks what sort of things you are looking on increasing - punching power, kicking power, overall strength, etc., and ask for specific exercises to help those things.

I would also suggest reading your way through the 20 level challenge and finding exercises that work the areas you're working on.

The thing about bodyweight exercises is that there are a lot of them, with a lot of variations. Better to start with specific questions, so we can help out.

Ok, i need everything that helps in fights, actually im training muay thai, i need everything, endurance strength, speed strength, explosive strength, everything that can help me in fights (well sparring is my own business, i get enough of it), but i want to train at home too, so everything that can be helpful in fights...I know about pullups and pushups, i know which of them i need, eghem, well actually, i need very much varieties..But without pull ups and pushups what can i do? Without additional weights..

Well, i thought you guys can write me some exercises..

I really need any info on exercises that enhances the abilities needed in fights, its not important where, in the gym or on the street...I just want to do at home as much as i can to get faster, stronger, better punch/kick etc., so i need exercises to do that, because in the gym i train only techniques...I think only push ups, pull ups and sit ups, can go for training(well, and for speed - some punches with light dumbells) but i need to know which is for strength, which is for endurance strength and which is for explosive strength..
