Does anyone have the Ebook 'Workout Without Weights' from http://www.workout-without-weights.com/? I appreciate all of the exercises available here but wonder about putting together a progressive program with them.
I have not been able to find any forum of users of this program or any discussion of it. Hope that someone could share their thought's on the progression and results experienced with this program if they have seen or tried it. Thanks for any insight.

lol we're not against you discussing books/vids what have you. Don't feel that you can't ask questions about what someone thinks of a book you're curious on buying, just make sure it doesn't get to a point where you're exchanging this information without the approval of the author in question.

I am sorry if that is how the question was interpreted as that was not my intent.
I am currently awaiting delivery of the order I placed through your link to Paul Zaichik for the Elastic Steel Flexibility, GA and GAM. It seems that in reviewing his programs a formulated progression is followed.
That is the stage I am currently at. Reviewing formulated plans of progression and looking for insight into the quality of materials I have come across. I am also aware of the 20 Level Challenge that is offered here.
Again, sorry if my question was inappropriate for this site.

Nah... it's just my criminal mind that interpreted it as something different... :)

I have the Workout Without Weights (now called the Bodyweight Calisthenics Workout Progression system), along with the Superior Dumbbell Workout and Athletic Body Workout. The creator (Eddie Lomax) has an ebook for joining all the workouts together to create a combination BW/DB/BB workout that you can modify to your own needs. I like it, because the routines are easily modified (the exercises are broken down by upper/lower body/abs and so forth), and the ebook is very well written and illustrated. Your mileage may vary :D
