Where did you get the videos and how much did they cost?

I found them on the internet for free, but it really seems to be not legal to me.

Yes, where would one go to find these "illegal" copies so I can, you know, avoid that site. I wouldn't want to arrive there by accident!

Same here. I'm with Transitt. Where is this site so I make sure I never go there, either.

Karlinho,

All the blame should be mine. I'm the one who posted the original post. I wanted to know if it was worth the money or not.

Frankly, I think Matt Furey's stuff is very informative, but way way WAY WAY OVERPRICED!

I have the course and I sort of like it. It is not step by step like Matt Furey advertises but still solid info. It highlights hindu pushups and squats and then expands to pullups and isometrics etc. You can find it at e bay.

I also have the course and the DVDs. They are filled with a lot of good info. Most of it can be found for free on the internet, but its a really nice grouping of exercise ideas all in one place. I would say, definitely get a copy second hand. Its good, but not good enough to justify the price Furey charges.

Cheers,
