I've been recieving the weekly newsletter from T-Nation for a while, and near the end of each one is the 'exercise of the week' A lot of them happen to be bodyweight exercises. Here's some examples:
One-Armed Eccentric (negative) Chin-up
One-Armed Push-up Hold
Isometric Elevated Push-up Holds
Integrated Trunk Drills (pushup position, raise arm and opposite side leg parallel to floor)
Horizontal Row
Run Sprawl (like a burpee, only dropping into a sprawl position, raising a knee to chest, mountain climber, and standing up)
Natural Glute/Ham Raise (called natural because it's performed on flat ground with someone/thing holding your feet instead of a GHR machine)
Anyway, just thought I'd share
