$5 Medicine Ball

Hi guys,

Saw this article over at Innovative Martial Arts on how to make a medicine ball for $5. Thought it would be appreciated.

I'm sure half of you already know how to do this, but for those that don't, here's some instructions.

I made one a couple of weeks ago. Mine is 15 lbs and works great. An innertube repair kit and some shoe goo over the top of the holes work great as a fix after the fill.

I made one very similar over a year ago. I used the stone dust they use on baseball fields.
