Or8 guys im wanting to ask you a question, wots a gd bodyweight & resistance bands (tubes) workout over a 3 day schedule (mon, wed, fri)?

I had a thread called "Fatman No-Weights Experiment" under the "Your Workout" section. That one was bodyweight+resistance bands and it worked pretty well for me. Check it, should be on 2nd or 3rd page of the Your Workout section.
