or8 guys. ive just went into mi first gym with friends and it was fantastic!, and i think i need to up mi workout, so wot could i use for a workout?

thats quick on time and very intense (for home) plz get bk to me thanks :)

about 30 mins, ive found a good H.I.T Workout check it out

H.I.T Training (Use Maximum Weight)


Monday: H.I.T Workout
1 x 20 Squats
2 x 08 Flat Bench Press
2 x 08 Bent Over Rows
2 x -- Barbell Curls
2 x 50 Sit-Ups

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: H.I.T Workout
2 x 08 Shoulder Press
1 x 15 Deadlift or Stiff Leg Deadlift
2 x 08 Chin-Ups
2 x -- Barbell Curls
2 x 50 Sit-Ups

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest
