Pavel's NW DVD

So, I have had Pavel's The Naked Warrior book for a long while and I was wondering what people have to say about the DVD. Is it worth it to buy? Anything great about it? Anything bad? You know, the works.

I had the video, but I think I erased it in one of my recent disk formattings.

Basically it explains the same principles as the book. It is very helpful if you're unable to understand or picture the stuff from the book, but if you don't have a problem with that it's probably less useful. In my opinion, read the book and save the cash (unless you really can't grasp the concepts from the book).
