So yeah this forum is interesting and I plan on making it my internet addiction. I'm 29 and actually just getting back into shape. I need to drop a few more pounds above the waste and love handles, other than that I am toning up quite fast. I am a firm believer that as similar as we humans are, our systems all run differently. I have been hearing over and over for years about so many different eating methods. Well, what has been working for me over the past 7 1/2 months is this: In the morning before work (I work 12s) I have either 2 servings of fruit or 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables. The next meal I have is dinner, which on workdays is ~7-&:30p- non-workdays I eat around 4-5p (90% of the time the only intake of the day). Supplements I am currently taking are B-Complex, C, Calcium, Omega-3 & Omega-6 Fish Oil, and Ginkgo Biloba. That is it. I have been melting away the fat, have way more energy, no fatigue, and my muscle definition is improving every day. My addiction is water. I have only been concentrating on calisthenics, however I do plan on getting back into lifting within the next month (at which time I do foresee an increase in food intakeand maybe an additional supplement or two).
