Anybody got a program designed to reach this goal? I've tried the US Navy SEAL PT schedule but i belive it isn't enough training sessions to reach this goal in just 16 weeks like it's designed for.
If you was going for 20x20 push-ups (1-2 minutes rest) and for now is performing a maximum of 20x3, how would you set up the work-out schedule?
