Hi all!
First off, I just wanted to say that I'm glad to of found this site. I've done the whole gym thing for about 4 years, and just started with BWE about 2 months ago. Perfect time too, gym membership is getting ready to run out as I'm now deciding to go with just BWE. So here's my question. I've done lots of research online always looking for a better workout (now I believe I finally found it). And no matter where I go and what I read, everyone agrees to change your routine after 4 to 6 wks. Is it the same for BWE? Would I have to change my routine after several weeks. And if so, can it be as simple as going from a regular push up to a diamond push up?
