Well, I'm like totally new to working out a whole lot, so I guess this is new challenge, for your help, and for my work. Well the other year, I wrestled and got in pretty good shape, but not great. And then came summer and I got really lazy. For this week, I tried running a little and I could job 3/4 mile on our school track. I went into the weight room today (before running) and could do 6 chinups, 3 med-grip pullups, 50 Bicep curls on the machine, 50lbs tricep pulldowns, and 120lbs on the lat pulldowns. Oh and I can do like 1-2 Handstand puhshups against the wall. For other bodyweight stuff, I can probably do like 20-25 pushups and haven't really tried many other bodyweight stuff recently. Also, for leg power, i have some very powerful legs from playing soccer for 7 years, and can leg-raise more than 600lbs on the powercalf machine in the weight room (haven't tried anymore wight than that, but bet I could do it)

I guess my general question, is where to really begin? I weigh 167, those abilities, and yeah I really want to get in shape, just don't know where to begin.

Any help, links, etc... would appreciated (email: mattman26041@yahoo.com, would be great if someone could email with some help).

Matt

I'm not sure what you want to hear. What are you goals?
You don't sound too fat at 167 unless your very short and have no muscle mass

Either way, there's tons of training programs on this site. Here's a few.

I post this one daily because it's full body and all the basics you need to get started
