So if anyone here has ever wanted to put together a program for someone who has never worked out before, this is your chance.

I'm turning 26 this month and lead a full life, the only thing missing is that I don't take care of my body (and really don't know how to). I've tried to get on programs in the past but my career has odd hours and irregular schedules, and I have a crowded house with no room for exercise equipment. Which is why I'm excited that I've found this site, you can do this anywhere, and anytime (no more excuses)!

I'm 6'1" and 187 lbs. I'm embarrassed to say I can only do about 10 push ups, 25 sit ups, and maybe, MAYBE 2 pull ups. I deserve to be heavier and more out of shape but I was blessed with good genetics where weight is concerned (which actually makes me feel worse, like an ungrateful bastard).

My main goals are to be stronger and have more energy. I have a family and want to live a long time, and set a good example for my boys. A beach body would be nice but not exactly a priority, I'd rather be strong and have more energy than be "huge" or whatever.

I've been looking around this site for a few days and have a lot of respect for what you guys are doing!
