My name is Beau. I'm 28 years old, married, and have a son who's 8 weeks old. I used to be adoment about lifting weights 4 or 5 times a week. But ever since I blew my right knee out in 99, its been hard to squat or even leg press anything w/o my knee giving out. I just stuck to leg extensions and lunges until the lunges gave me aches.
I'm a 2nd degree red in Judo and have to keep strong and in shape. I started incorporating bodyweight exercises into my lifting routine and have since completely abandoned lifting. Hopefully I can learn new and better techniques to advance my training and get stronger.
