I saw this site thru a video on youtube. I absolutely love it. I've trained martial arts and have wrestled me whole life. I had a brief period of inactivity for about 3 years and started my training again this past december. I have a pretty good routine but I'm also looking to try new things to mix it up alittle. I do little weight training as it is but would like to give it up totally. Thru browsing this site and the forums I have found new exercises to add to my arsenol. I wanted to thank everyone on here for the good advice and the winning attitude they show in their posts.
