I am a texas high school and club volleyball coach. I am interested in any/all ideas to get effective workouts for my athletes which is what brought me here. I think there are some things I have seen that I use, have already seen some new ideas, and look forward to sharing/finding more!

Welcome aboard , I have no idea what kind of sport VBALL is like but this could be a sort of football sport IMO where you don't need a lot of conditioning but a lot of skill (soccer for Americans)

I am guessing the following will help.

All kinds of lunges and jumps. Finger tip exercises, to prevent injuries.
Wheel roll outs may be good surprisingly too. Those shoulder extension from overhead for blocking and spiking. Jack Lalane pushups may do that as well.

I would suggest having them do plyometric drills which would increase speed agility and verticals on their jumps which is important for volleyball.
