After losing my ability to lift weights after a move I became fascinated with bodyweight exercises. I want to be able to do impressive things like planche push ups, handstand push ups, and one armed pull ups. I also want to be able to do more than 100 consecutive push ups. I haven't been able to come close to being able to do any of those things with just lifting weights. So I decided to go on a bodyweight only routine for the next two months to see how it works for me. I hit the internet to do some research and found this forum. There is a lot of info here and I've been going through it for the past couple of days designing a program for me to start on Monday.
