Hi guys ,this is my first post so i thought i would start by sharing my workout routine.I train 4-6 days a week.
I start my workout with chin ups,followed by hindu pushups,then bridging,then i do a set of hindu squats which then brings me to the main part of my workout the deck of cards routine which i love doing .
Some of the variations i use are.
Blacks =hindu squats with 3kg dumbell
diamonds=push ups
hearts= v ups
or
clubs=hindu squats with 3 kg dumbell
spades=jump squats
diamonds= push ups
hearts= burpees
or
clubs=hindu squats with 3kg dumbell x2
spades=push ups
diamonds= burpees
hearts= mountain climbers
you get the idea. when out doors i love to bear crawl, crab walk. if with a training partner love to bear walk with him on my back.
i used to wrestle but cant any more because of work . so i use this routine to keep in shape. the deck of cards is fun ,you are always racing the clock,keep a record of your times,i average between 20min and 24 min per deck depending on difficulty of exercises.
ace=11 reps
jacks kings queens=10 but you can play around with the reps.
great forum here and some of the post are top notch good job guys.

Man Id never heard of that deck of cards workout.

What is that you take a whole deck and work your way through all 52 cards? Sounds really intense (read: fun)
