Well, there's my goal flat out. I want to be able to go to the lake in a speedo, and have people admire my physique.

well, what do you look like? got bodyfat? muscle definition? probably not a flat tummy if this is your goal.

Cutting weight is all about diet, exercise and determination, but if you end up a skinny rail with no shape you're still not going to look "good" in a speedo. For people to "admire my physique", you're going to need a lot of good, lean muscle mass, less than 8% bodyfat, and a group of people that find that admirable.

5 ft 9 185 lbs 33 inch waist. I have a stomach. I eat cheerios for breakfast, I admit my diet could be fixed, but I have limited income. Right now, I have been running, working on a weslo cardioglider (this really works well on my back and glutes) and I've been doing pushups, sit-ups, and the ultimate cheap workout of the jump rope.

Nothing wrong with Cheerios I reckon, but the best thing you said there is jump rope. That's an amazing piece of cardio that can help you cut up nicely with the right diet built around it.

Stick to a clean diet of meats, vegetables, fruits and lots of water. You can still eat a big breakfast (oatmeal can take you places) since it's the most important meal of the day. And remember to space out those meals to around six a day or more to boost the metabolism.

Try out an intense bodyweight circuit that pushes your full body, such as squat, push ups, handstand push ups, chin ups, hanging leg raise, glute-ham raise, calf raise. Try 10-20 reps of each in five sets of circuits. Increase or decrease those numbers based on your level of fitness. Additionally, look into variety of those exercises. Activating muscles from many directions can help them develop. You could do this every other day or every day, but be sure to get some rest day in here and there.

A good fat burner is 20 or so minutes of morning cardio before you eat anything. Save your joints by walking instead of jogging. If you want to run, sprint. Not only does this help legs grow, it seriously burns the fat.

I reckon that'd get your speedo ready.

Well, my diet is most likely my problem. I live with people not to health conscious. When I do eat out, its usually a whataburger chicken salad, or a subway sandwich. When I cook, I always include vegetables. I start my day off well, but I usually have to use a velveta mac n cheese, or microwavable burritos for a dinner.

I may take up pbj sandwiches, but thats all bc of money.
