hello!!!
i have just received this book and will be giving this "program" a run very soon. my plan is to incorporate "cliffhanger conditioning" as a daily workout with the exception of doing weight training on 1 or 2 days of the week.
from the start it was very obvious that this is based on yoga postures, and from my past yoga experiences it is quite obvious that this will be a very challenging program that promises results. definitely not in "body-builder" fashion, but i can tell you that the strength/flexibility benefits will be well worth it on their own, or in conjunction with balancing out the "side-effects" of weight training.
we are all probably quite familiar with pictures in books of muscular individuals in "static positions" on excercise machines which could easily be staged... but i honestly believe that after seeing the pictures of ben demonstrating "the cycle" and other excercises that he definitely practices what he preaches.
as i have mentioned above, i have previous experience with yoga so i understand what ben's program is based on and i almost begin to sweat and feel the strain from looking at the pictures. this product is obviously part of a "marketing template" but in no way should it detract from the value of what is presented.
well, i will be sure to post my comments/results after using this program for 1 or 2 weeks.
take care and stay commited!

I have no affiliation w/this product whatsoever, but under the circumstances I understand the "red flags" that pop up under your perception. It's all quite innocent really... I found out about this website while doing a google search for "cliffhanger..." and initially registered so I could add my 2¢.
He he... maybe it's all just a "marketing ploy", but to borrow a common phrase from the "salespeople cult"... ***I invite you to notice*** [heh!!!] that I haven't said anything like "I used to weigh 459.7 lbs but managed to build 6-pack abs after only 3 days on this program"... instead I'm just some anonymous schlub who happens to have very recently bought the book.
***If I was truly a shill for this product***... at this moment I would probably say something like "...after years of weight training, nagging joint pains had brought me to the brink of giving up. One day I was getting ice-cubes from the freezer and they all fell on the floor as I put my hands over my face while weeping profusely. Outside the sky darkened under the torrential downpour of rain and hail, as if the very universe itself was telling me that I would never achieve the level of fitness/happiness that I desired. Then all of a sudden an environmentally friendly l.e.d. lightbulb illuminated itself above my head as ***fitness secrets that 99.99984737366474% of all fitness trainers NEVER want you to know*** were handed to me inscribed on golden plates by an angel radiating the scintillating light of the ineffable. I want to share these ***secrets*** with you as commanded by this praeterhuman intelligence."
OK... sorry about that insane tangent, I have plenty of spare time at this moment and was just having some fun under the influence of the very strong coffee that I just brewed.
BACK TO THE REAL WORLD... I'm just some "regular" guy who fell off the fitness wagon after going through some rough times and currently trying to get back into shape.
If you still have reservations that I might be a shill, please feel free to ask me any questions...

I still haven't switched over from my regular free weight routine yet, but I'm hoping to start giving this program a try very soon. If folks still happen to be interested I will definitely give an honest review/commentary after my first week.
I still haven't gotten my financial kickback for the plug yet so all comments will be from an unbiased point of view [JUST KIDDING  ].
