Hello, I have just found the site and have just started on a training schedule. I am looking to drop some of the extra weight I put on after having my son. My second goal is to tone up and gain more strength. I have started training at a boxing gym and am pleased with the workout. If you are interested in learning more just ask. I look forward to the knowledge the site and all of you have to offer.

well, If I leave it set up in the garage, it is in the way but, out of the weather. If I set it up outside, then I have to put it up after every time i use it, and I have to set it up on his playground equipment. He has a tendency to hit it and then it flies back and wops him to the ground.
Any who I have the gym for now and that is more than I have been doing.

true.
it's good for him to hit it, though, as long as you help control the action. i bet he likes it--teeny e loves to hit and attack...

true enough he thinks it's pretty cool
we were watching a crazy show about 8 yr old Muay Thai boxing and CJ asked if he wanted to be a Muay Thai boxer he said yup.

they start them young over there...for many, it's the only viable option to make any $$$ and gtfo of their village...

that's what it was saying. they start training at 6 yrs old, and the fights can win them around 1000 to 2500 a fight, a years salary there.

I am just getting started, in fact no fights in the ring yet. But, one day I hope. For now it is all just training.
Thanks for the warm welcomes.
