Hi all.
Just found this through another member (Yaro). Looks like a great site.
Me: I'm a full time office sitter and part time PT. I try to emphasise bodyweight exercises where possible, but the existence of 1, yes ONE, suitable chin bar in my studio makes everything a bit lopsided.

I'm an ex-gymnast, Ice Hockey, sponsored Inline skating, skateboarding, snowboarding, cycling type of fellow. My current focus is Parkour. I'm an instructor in Melbourne, Australia.

Currently aiming for the fabled one arm chin, and trying to maintain a good balance between outright strength, CrossFit style intensity and parkour specific training....with a bit of hypertrophy thrown in for the laydees

Welcome aboard , said one arm chin is very elusive you get 3\4 of it and the next day your sore , after it's over your back in your starting point.

I've managed to get 3/4 of it, but pleasantly there was no additional soreness. I can't quite get it from a fully extended arm, and I can't get my chin over the bar, but the rest is ok.

Left elbow got a bit sore unfortunately, so I've left it alone for a bit over a week. Hopefully everything will be fine again now.

I've watched a couple of videos, now I'm all motivated. Training tonight!
