Hello all. I'm 66, 5'7" and 165 #. In my younger days I was a 3rd degree blackbelt in Shorin-Ryu and had a blackbelt in Jodo, Japanese stick fighting.
Through overuse and incorrect lifting I have every shoulder and elbow *itis you can think of not to mention blowing out my delts arm wrestling with guys built like gorillas.

I started back working out about a year ago with Crossfit workouts and various exercises by rossboxing.com. All workouts are painful and haven't had a decent night sleep since. But I don't give a damn. Better to burn out then rust out.

I came across BWC by accident on U-Tube and was blown away by their exercises. I'm honored to be a member here. I do have one question.
Where can I find Protein pushups part II?
