Hi

I'm 24 and wanted to know some good leg exercises. When I stumbled upon this site I was instantly attracted to the concept of using your own body as weight.

I'm in quite good shape. Thin but with some tone. I go running on a regular basis (10 to 20 km), almost never use the car, so I use my bike on average 15km each day and I'm a huge fan of long night time forrest walks.

I already found some great info here, so I'm sure I'll learn some more sticking around... :)
