hey im new to the site
i was looking at your 20 stage development plan
i think im already somewhere between stage 8 and 10
but i was wondering how long i should be spending on each stage before i move on to the next one
is there any additional info that im missing which is quite straightforward to find in the site but my lack of inet experience is keeping me back?

Keep in mind that these stages are not supposed to be workouts. They are a possibility to test how fit you are and to keep pushing forward to higher levels.

For your workout, you should do more exercises and exercises that target different goals (max strength, conditioning,...).

How long have you been training?

If you've been working out for 4 years you should have some experience in designing your own workout plan. Set your big goals, divide them into small steps and take them one after another.

You could then use the challenges to monitor your progress. Have fun!
