Whenever I workout I use complete bodyweight resistance. I don't use the weights, or machines. The program I am on now and have always enjoyed is the PowerFlex workout by Jim Forystek. I also ocassionally do Pushing Yourself to Power by John Peterson and Miracle 7. PowerFlex is very easy to follow and gives 3 levels of repititions. Very easy for beginners, but produces excellent results for the more experienced! :) PYTP is a little harder to follow, and doesn't recommend the repititions as well, but still a good workout if you know what you are doing.
WHAT I DID TODAY...
100 Pushups (Panther Flex I) Two chair's or blocks equal height, and go down but dip that extra few inches inbetween and it gives your chest an AWESOME pump and workout! Then I did the other 4 resistance exercises for the chest from PowerFlex (wont go into details, too long to explain).
Then I did 100 full range situps along with the rest of the abdominals from powerflex with a few from PYTP. (They all have animal names as they are based on the principles of how animals workout, so I'll stick to explaining the movements)
60 Leg raises laying down.
25 Pull-Ups
Spinting/Endurance and running program offered by PowerFlex, which consists of various stair work, sprinting, and jogging!
