Hey Everyone,
I am Earl! I usually am active on the transformetric fitness forum by John Peterson. I actually saw Bodyweightculture in a YouTube video and HAD to check it out! I am excited to see all the others out there who are workingout without weights and using their own body as their Gym.
For those of you who don't know who John Peterson is, he is really into weightless workouts and has his book Pushing yourself to Power. He also works with Jim Forystek who is the author of PowerFlex. Both are dynamic workouts requiring only body resistant exercises, but I am very interested to see all the types of workouts you are doing along with sharing mine! :)
Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to push the other forum, I just like it alot because you personally get to ask the Authors John Peterson, and Jim Forystek who have some of the best workouts in the industry. Hoping to talk to you all and become friends and learn some new moves and workouts!! :)
