Hello. I'm intrigued by the whole body weight building thing and was referred to this site a while ago. Haven't read any posts yet, but figured to introduce myself.
I used to work out a lot with weights, but in '97 injured myself (disc in my back/neck... nothing exercise related) and haven't returned to any kind of exercise since. I'm still a little weary of working with weights as I've recently had a relapse of sorts due to heavy lifting (moving house) so figure I need to be careful.
So if anyone has any advice for someone in my situation, do's/don'ts with regards the kind of work-outs to try for instance, that would be great. I had physio a couple weeks ago and was told that going to the gym would be fine... I'm just a little paranoid I guess. Pain can do that to a man...
