I am 43 years old, training regularly with weights for 20 years. I got bored, I look for fresh ideas. This Bodyweight training looks interesting. Great site. Lots of information, good work.
I started climbing and bouldering few months ago and BWC seems to give good trainings for it. I wonder should I try to give up weights totaly for a trial period. Is this program really that good? Can you train all muscle groups (upper body especially)? For example shoulders? It seems that handstand pushups are the only excercise for shoulders.

Here's a few BWEs that work the shoulders:
high incline pushups, pike pushups, handstand pushups, divebomber pushups, hindu pushups, side planks, horizontal row (posterior delt)

You should be able to find something for every muscle group. Just be creative.

How do you perform reverse pull ups?
I have found a site with 16 weeks circuit bodyweight programs:
www.iwantsixpackabs.com
What do you think of it?
