Alright, I'm 16, 6'3", 205lbs, mostly lean, but no six pack. I'm gonna be weightlifting in school all year, so right now my goal is to get leaner, and increase my muscular endurance. I have 6 weeks left in the summer, here's what I'm gonna do:
MONDAY-roadwork (1.64 miles around my lake, lots of hills, exercises every 200 yrds or so)
TUESDAY-kung fu (mostly muscular endurance, work everything but pulling muscles)
WEDNESDAY-pullup progressions (what I miss in kung fu and road work)
THURSDAY-kung fu
FRIDAY-road work
SATURDAY-roadwork followed by pullup progressions
SUNDAY-rest
Throughout this I'm doing farm work 8 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, depending on the week.
Does this sound good or can it be improved upon?
