to get fitter, i have strated doing this routine regularly. It's really tough and i love it. I love the fact that i have to breathe with my mouth open after and that i sweat so much. It's a great workout and i want to share it with everyone. Let me know what you think. thanks

I had a heated discussion with someone on facebook about pushups. he was arguing that proper form wasn't important when doing loads of pushups. I was stressing that form is the most important thing for any exercise. I made a video as a response.

Nice videos.

For the pyramids, usually you do one rep, rest, two reps, rest, as so on. Doing them one rep, two reps, without the rest is like just doing many reps in a row. So I would take a short break, 5 seconds/20 seconds, what ever you want.

With your squats, try to get just a hair more below parallel, and watch your front knee on lunges. Doing them BW like you did you will probably be fine, but if you start to add weight, you might start to have problems.

Other than that, I like what you put together. Keep posting!

Step out farther on your Lunges so that your knee doesn't bent out so far past your toe.

Personally, I like to raise my leg up parallel with the floor and step way out. Lots of ROM and mobility in the legs/hips

You could get those squats lower if you wanted to, relax.
