I am new to the bodyweight culture group. I was intrigued with all the success I have read about. I was a trainer for about 9 years now I am a firefighter. I am always looking for new ideas on strength and endurance exercise. I find that now that I am 29 I do not see to be as energetic as I was when I was in the Army at 21. I hope to find new ideas to keep my training going. I left the army in 2003 with 8% BF @ 186 lbs. Now I am 14% BF and 190 lbs. I know my issues but I think motivation is a vital part of training and now that I am in the firefighting career all will see my stats change. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated and I will provide what knowledge I have upon request as well.
