Hello everyone,

Newbie here - and just changing things up from my usual routine of "relative" strength training. Want to get more conditioning in and am starting with squat thrusts first - full blown jump burpees too much for now - will get there eventually. Does anyone find that there conditioning days hinder their strength training days? I'm thinking of doing the following:
Mon. strength train
Tues/Wed./Thur - condition train
Fri. strength train

your thoughts are appreciated. 43yrs and kickin'.

i do maximal strength, strength endurance, sprinting, GPP, HIIT...the different forms helps each other, and increase the ability of the body as a whole system.

why is your workout schedule in the order that it is--3 days in a row of conditioning?

they will hinder strength gains because instead of doing and recovering from strength training you recover from endurance training.

but they don't limit them unless your on the elite olympic level.
