Hey BWC!

I have been browsing the articles and lurking for a few days here. I also started the 20 level challenge. I am going to attempt level five today. I know it seems low for a big guy but I'm going up a level every day so far, although I don't think that pace will hold up much longer.(I can feel more effort everyday as I hang off that pull-up bar)

This site is fantastic, and I've learned a lot relatively quickly as I'm new to personal fitness. I'm 6'3" and 224 lb.s (102 Kg) and I need some exercises to supplement my running and heavy bag/boxing training. Thanks for all the help and motivation. If I only worked on myself as much as I do on my car!

I don't think you do the levels as a workout

by the way , welcome aboard.

Welcome! There is nothing wrong with using the levels like that, just keep challenging yourself until you get to a level that is hard to finish.

I am now trying other exercises as well. Wall burpees are fun to do, I just need to get better at pull-ups/push-ups.
